What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. NEURACOM also uses a similar technology — localStorage — to remember your preferences and keep you signed in.
Strictly necessary (always active)
Authentication token (HttpOnly cookie + localStorage), CSRF protection, your preferred language. These cannot be disabled — without them the platform cannot work.
Functional (enabled by default, can be cleared)
Your interface preferences (language, recently used model), cookie-consent record (so we don't ask again), referral source tracking when you arrive through a partner link.
Analytics & marketing
We do NOT currently use third-party analytics, fingerprinting, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking. If we ever add them they will be opt-in through the consent banner and disabled by default.
Third-party services
Stripe (payments) may set cookies when you reach the checkout page. AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) process your prompts but do not set cookies on this domain.
Manage your choices
You can review and change your cookie preferences any time from Settings → Cookie preferences inside your account, or by clearing your browser storage for this site.
